One Off Bob is a collection of unique objects made in the studio. Some begin with leftover materials, others with a technique, a strange idea or simply the urge to make something.
There is no fixed collection and no production run. Every object is made once, giving room to experiment, make mistakes and follow an idea without knowing exactly where it will end.

OOB - Cube 1
Leftover pieces of presentation material, turned into a one-off object.
Cube 1 started with a simple question: what can be made from something that was never intended to become a product?
The cube is built from leftover material from a previous presentation, reworked into a simple sculptural object. Its construction is deliberately straightforward, leaving the material and its traces of previous use visible.
There is no second Cube 1. Once it is gone, it is gone.

OOB: Lamp aan Stoel
What happens when a chair decides to become a lamp?
Lamp aan Stoel started with a simple intervention: replace one of the chair's back legs with a transparent acrylic tube and run a red electrical cord straight through it. At the top, the cord ends in a small light source.
The result is somewhere between a chair and a lamp. The original red wooden café chair remains almost completely intact, while one small alteration changes its function — and its character.
It is not necessarily a chair you need. Or a lamp you need. It is an object designed to make you look twice, start a conversation and question what an object is supposed to be.
Made in 2023, Lamp aan Stoel is a one-off piece.
