All purchases, agreements and services provided by Bob Frederik are subject to the General Terms and Conditions and the Sales and Delivery Terms for Products (for consumers, including distance sales) as established by the Beroepsorganisatie Nederlandse Ontwerpers (BNO).
These terms apply to all offers, quotations, orders, commissions and agreements concluded with consumers, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
By placing an order or entering into an agreement, the customer acknowledges and accepts the applicability of these terms and conditions.

Privacy policy
Bob Frederik processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal data
We collect only the personal data necessary to respond to inquiries, process orders, manage payments and comply with legal obligations. This may include contact details, billing and shipping information.
Data sharing
Personal data is shared only with service providers (such as payment and shipping partners) when necessary to fulfil our services. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Personal data is retained only as long as required for contractual or legal purposes.
Your rights

Returns & Cancellation Policy
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving your product in accordance with applicable EU consumer regulations.To initiate a return, please contact us within this period at talk@bobfrederik.com. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.Returned items must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging. The product should be returned in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the product has been damaged, used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, or returned incomplete.
Return shipping costs
The costs of returning an order are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as the customer is responsible for the safe return of the product.For international returns, return shipping costs may vary depending on the location and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will confirm the return by email. If approved, the purchase amount of the returned product will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.Original shipping costs will only be refunded if the complete order is returned. Any additional costs for upgraded shipping options are not eligible for a refund.
Made-to-order products
All products by Bob Frederik are made to order. Each piece is individually produced specifically for the customer after an order has been placed.Products that have been customized, personalized, or specifically produced according to customer requirements are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable EU consumer regulations. These products cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless there is a defect or an error on our part.
Damaged or incorrect items
We take great care in producing and packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at talk@bobfrederik.com, including clear photos of the issue.We will always work towards an appropriate solution
