All purchases, agreements and services provided by Bob Frederik are subject to the General Terms and Conditions and the Sales and Delivery Terms for Products (for consumers, including distance sales) as established by the Beroepsorganisatie Nederlandse Ontwerpers (BNO).
These terms apply to all offers, quotations, orders, commissions and agreements concluded with consumers, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
By placing an order or entering into an agreement, the customer acknowledges and accepts the applicability of these terms and conditions.

Bob Frederik processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal data
We collect only the personal data necessary to respond to inquiries, process orders, manage payments and comply with legal obligations. This may include contact details, billing and shipping information.
